Returns and Warranty

Should  there be an unlikely event where you are to receive a faulty or damaged product please contact us at sales@findmebuyme.com.au with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly.

If you suspect that a shipment has become "lost in transit", please check with your local Post Office first as your parcel may be awaiting collection. If the parcel is being delivered to a commercial address, please also check with any mailrooms, reception areas within the workplace in case the parcel is being held for you.

Before any investigations into lost in transit can commence, Find me Buy me have to allow 30 days from dispatch.

Hardware Returns

Unfortunately we are unable to return any hardware. For faulty returns please contact manufacturer on warranty information enclosed with your purchase or contact us at admin@findmebuy.com.aufor further contact information. 

Ordering & Payment

The Find me Buy me website does not hold any stock on hand - all ordered items are sourced from our suppliers once a customer order is accepted on the website. When ordering at Find me Buy me, you can be assured your information is safe. We use internet security that protects your credit details and personal information.

Backorders

To give you great pricing and huge product variety Find me Buy me website cannot  hold stock on all titles listed on the site - however all our product is sourced from the supplier on demand. In general, all products and quantities on this website is usually available from suppliers.  However from time to time suppliers are not able to supply in the time indicated or a product may become out of stock before an inventory update is completed, and items are placed on backorder. If it appears that your order will not be dispatched on time, you will be informed as soon as possible. You will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order at that time, otherwise you order will be dispatched as soon as the items are available.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide expected dispatch times for backordered items, though items will be sourced and dispatched as soon as possible

If you purchase from the Find me Buy me site, you agree that stock availability, prices, freight charges and release dates are subject to change withour prior notice.

Shipping

All orders at Find Me Buy Me are shipped as soon as possible using the cheapest delivery option available. Any orders not received can not be replaced or refunded until 30 Calender Days have passed and sufficient investigations have been made with the delivery provider.

Australian Orders: Per Delivery Cost E.T.A. Status

Australian Post Standard (Orders under 240grams, max 2 single case DVD units / games) $4.95,  2-5 Days Limited. If you select the standard delivery option your order will be sent via Australia Post surface mail. Australia Post's service is generally very reliable, but sometimes packages become delayed  or sometimes lost within the postal system, we cannot be held responsible if this occurs. If this is a concern, we suggest you choose the eParcel option.

International Shipping

At this stage, Find Me Buy Me only delivers to Australia.

Prices displayed on the Find Me Buy Me website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on an order are fixed once your Order has been accepted. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accept Orders.
